Ideal zum entspannen.
Veröffentlicht am 21.09.2021 auf HotelsSehr schöne Anlage. Direkt an der Bucht mit Privatstrand. Sehr große Zimmer mit Balkon. Ideal zum entspannen. Zum Ocean nur ein paar Meter. Durch Covid keine Zimmerreinigung. aber man hat alles bekommen was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

The rescued seals that live at the resort absolutely made my day every day to go visit them . The view from our room was so stunning and we even saw a wild seal in the bay fishing for his breakfast . We got breakfast and coffee at the airstream which was great and we had dinner at the resort restaurant outside and it was actually our favorite meal of the whole weekend - absolutely delicious and great service

Excellent customer secice

This is a large and pleasant resort on its own peninsula on the bay. The staff is gracious. The rooms are clean the areas seems safe. You can walk to the Belmont amusement park and many stores and restaurants.
The only negative was that that my booking agency charged me several hundred in resort fees and the desk charged me those fees a second d time.
PayPal would not refund me the overcharge the hotel insisted on collecting a second time. I got overcharged and I can’t get a refund
