Nice hotel and good front desk staff. Valet occasionaly had to wait more than 15 mins. Somewhat loud due to ambulances / fire trucks but can’t control that. Room was small but clean and bed was firm which I like. Daily maid service was appreciated. Oddly enough the bottle of wine in the room had been opened and refilled w water and recapped. But the staff made it right quickly w a free bottle. Also, didn’t try the spa. The hotel restaurant was closed but lots of places within half mile walking distance.

The price for what you get is terrible. The heating didn't work in our room so it was freezing. The cards to the room kept not working and when I brought this up to staff the janitor told me this is the first he had heard of it. Less than 12 hours later I overheard the woman next door complaining to cleaning staff that this had been happening to her for 3 days with no changes. She needed to be let into her room by the cleaning crew. Rooms are very small and you have to pay an astronomical amount for parking per night, which was accompanied with a multitude of service charges that were not explained beforehand. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

I liked the affordability and enjoyed learning the hotel’s history. I liked the renovations. The room was small, $$ parking, and the sidewalk smelled.

Loved that "Pet friendly" included cats. The pet friendly rooms did not smell like pets either! Staff were so friendly with my adventure cat making him feel comfortable enough to explore the lobby.
