We stayed last year and loved it but this time around it just felt understaffed, crowded and tired. WE had really wanted to go to the famous Tonga Room but they weren't taking reservations so we had to wait in line for an hour to get it. They were also understaffed and disorganized. The tables and chairs are weathered and the food is terrible. Appetizers and drinks cost $220! So sad we had to spend so much for this experience and walked away feeling disappointed. I think the management needs to do a deep dive into what needs to be doen to imporve this hotel.
