Guest Access:

Every car entering the neighborhood will require a QR code texted to the cell phone of the driver. You will be required to provide first and last names and cell phone numbers of one person in each car that is coming to the neighborhood so that a pass can be issued to you during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes and is best known for our Lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina (the main lake-approximately 240 acre) with two marina pavilions.



Many of our residents enjoy boating, kayaking, and Golf, as well as woodsy feel of our community. Our diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees and a multitude of school age kids.
