I recently stayed at Best western, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with unkempt rooms and common areas. The unfriendly demeanor of the personnel further added to the discomfort of our stay. The rooms were not adequately cleaned, and we encountered various hygiene issues. The lack of attention to detail was evident, making it challenging to feel comfortable during our time there. Additionally, the unfriendly behavior of the staff was a significant drawback, as we felt unwelcome and unsupported throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel lacked the warmth and hospitality one expects. The personnel's attitude towards guests was unprofessional and, at times, outright discourteous. This not only impacted our overall enjoyment but also created a negative atmosphere that overshadowed any positive aspects the hotel might have had. In conclusion, my stay at Best western was a regrettable experience, marked by subpar cleanliness and a notable lack of hospitality from the personnel. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay

The front desk personnel where very nice, they treated everyone as if they were family or new them for years. Breakfast was nice as well the kitchen staff worked very hard to make sure that the area stayed clean and helped anyone that requested assistance. Thank you Best Western!
