Yes to Savannah. No to Sonder.

I did not feel welcomed in your building, because you showed total lack of hospitality. I was confused & lost, because there was no one to guide me. You asked me if I needed anything. I asked for an extra blanket, but you never provided any. I would tell my family & friends to visit Savannah, but never stay at The Sonder on Broughton.
You guys have a lot to learn when it comes to Guest Services.
