Excellent location, very close to Peasholm Park and all North Bay attractions. Friendly host. Comfy bed and single room was good. Shared bathroom would not suit everyone but no issues for me.

Very nice, clean hotel. Owner is very friendly and helpful and has excellent Covid precautions in place. The hotel is in a great location within minutes walk from Peasholm Park and North Bay. It has a pretty seating area at the front overflowing with colourful flowers, ideal for taking the sun. I had a single room one the first floor at the front of the house. Very clean with a good firm bed, wash hand basin, hot drink facilities and a wall mounted TV. Lots of drawer space too. Room only which is preferable for me as I wanted to have more flexibility to be up and out extra early in a morning. Shared toilet and bathroom are on the first floor, both very nicely decorated and really clean. On street parking permits available if needed. Excellent price, can't fault i. Would highly recommend.

Good value for money for 1 or 2 nights stay. Family friendly and Dave was helpful. Only downside for a family with very young kids is that toilets are not onsuite. But convenient location to local attractions

very nice and friendly

to say one man runs this it is very very clean cumfy beds no ensuite but no problem the shower and toilet is spotless on street parking free will defo go back
