Had I read all the recent reviews about the staff, I would have changed my reservation. The last thing anybody needs when traveling is to be greeted with outright rudeness. From arrival, the woman at the front desk was very rude and snapped at us about the check in kiosk not working (we didn’t know). The airport shuttle driver barely spoke to anybody and would not answer questions about which terminals we were pulling up to. We had zero idea if we were being dropped off at the correct terminal since he would not confirm. You would think that at some point a hospitality business would care about their hospitality.
Also, the coffee maker is in the bathroom. Gross.
