The resort was clean and the food was good, however, the attitudes of the front desk (receptionists) I guess is variable depending on the nationality of the guests. When I was checking out I called the front desk asking for help in taking my luggage, their answer was OK we will send someone. 15 minutes later no one showed up so I decided to go myself to check why they did not send anyone. Anyways, they told me that everyone was busy at the time. I said OK can I use the trolley since I have 4 big bags. Guess what! Their answer was NO! We need it although it was available and no one was using it. Anyhow, my 6 years old son was helping me and they were watching and no one showed the courtesy of even offering his help! What a 5-star hotel is that??? And when I dropped off the keys I told them that I will write this down in the review; they answered relaxed and cool down.
