Die Unterkunft war 2 Minuten vom Zentrum und vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Freundliches Personal und coole Bar.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Preisleistung war top!
Frühstücksbuffet hatte sehr viel Auswahl auch für Allergiker geeignet.

Grandiose Lage, super Frühstück, genügendes Gym.
Veröffentlicht am 29.12.2023 auf HotelsDa wir nicht während der Hauptsaison zu Besuch waren, war das Preisleistungsverhältnis hervorragend. Gym hat nur ein Squat/Bench Rack, leider ohne Standardgewichtsscheiben. Genügend Laufbänder/Fahrräder, Kabelzüge, andere Maschinen und Kurzhanteln sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück hat eine Grosse Auswahl. Kaffee ist schlecht. Der grösste Vorteil ist die Lage, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind locker zu Fuss erreichbar. Hauptbahnhof befindet sich gegenüber.

A very modern and high quality hotel right in the center of Stockholm.
One feels here directly very welcome and directly also at home
The staff is very friendly and extremely courteous
We were about three hours early for the actual check in, but could already directly to our room (for a small surcharge of course)
The room cleaning takes place entirely on request, we have taken advantage of this except for one day every day.
Here it would be nice if the whole thing could be implemented via the TV menu in the hotel room.
This would avoid long waiting times at the reception desk
The hotel is located directly at the T Centralen of Stockholm, so that one can easily get around Stockholm with all means of transport.
The room is very modern and spacious for two people.
Only the closet was missing so we have "lived" out of our suitcases
If we travel to Stockholm again, we will definitely book this hotel again

We are happy to see that you enjoyed your visit and that you gave us a high rating. Regarding the cleaning requests, we are sorry that you think our system is inconvenient. We actually have a new service where guests can scan a QR code on the welcome letter you got at check in. I am sorry if you were not informed about this at the front desk. This is a new service system and we still also take cleaning requests in person. Regarding the closet, our concept is to spare some space by offering an "outside closet" and hangers for the guests. We have a total of 392 hotel rooms in different sizes, with different view, different layout, size of the bathroom varies and some rooms are equipped with bathtub but the majority has shower. Our modern open closet may not work for those guests that stay for a longer period of time, I agree. If needed we would be happy to provide more hangers. In most of the rooms we also have put a storage chest. We thank you again for your honesty and we will note your opinions for further consideration. We wish you all the best,Best regards,

Tolles lange Wochenende im Juli 2023
Veröffentlicht am 02.08.2023 auf HotelsWir wohnten im 12. Stock mit Top Aussicht, die Sonnenterrasse und die Roof-Top Bar waren nicht nur ein Marketing Gag sondern haben den Tagesabschluss in den blauen Stunden dieser tollen Stadt zu einem Erlebnis gemacht.
Das Zimmer war skandinavisch kompakt gehalten und entsprachen den Fotos. Es war nicht abgewohnt, sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Aufzüge waren nicht zu hören, trotz der Nähe zum Zimmer. Generell war es sehr ruhig. Leider ist das Panoramafenster nicht zu öffnen, das hat uns etwas gefehlt, da wir gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Der Zimmerservice hat einen guten Job gemacht. Lediglich das Frühstück hat uns nicht gecatched, obwohl alles vorhanden war waren wir 2x Auswärts frühstücken. Doch das ist ja Geschmacksache und würde ich nicht überbewerten. Unter dem Strich waren wir mit dem Hotel und der zentralen Lage (gegenüber dem Bahnhof/Arlanda Express) sehr zufrieden und wir würden wieder buchen. Preis vs. Leistung war unserer Meinung nach sehr gut.
