What a delight this little cottage was, the perfect location for us. Lots of extras supplied and if we head back that way next year will hopefully be able to stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in your cozy house! Fabulously comfy beds!! Access to shops and attractions was easy. And though it's on the road, the traffic noise was minimal at night so we all slept well! Thanks.

We stayed just one night to break a long trip. The house felt like home away from home. The beds were comfy and the brekkie was delightful. There was a bit of traffic noise as it's on a main road, but nothing too bothersome. We would definitely stay again.

For the price it exceeds expectations. It’s worth heaps more but I’m so glad the owners make it affordable! Super Comfy beds and nice linens. The carpet is soft and the house is clean. The location is great, nice walk into the main centre of tamworth or a very quick drive. Loads of parking for two cars or an extra trailer. The house has three toilets, good water pressure, washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen. Everything I needed I found, including pen and paper. Hanna the owner was always available when I needed while booking and during my stay. She was wonderful. Every place has negatives. I’ll list but no deal breakers for me. 1. Evaporative aircon in bedrooms. You need windows open to work effectively, allowing some street noise to filter in. Also not as cold as reverse cycle which I’m used to. There is reverse cycle in the lounge room so evaporative only when sleeping. 2. Have to reverse out of driveway onto busy road. Better to reverse in. 3. Bath in main bathroom. You have to climb into the bath to use the shower or bath. Not ideal for small children elderly or those with disabilities. The owners have a renovation on their to do list so hopefully this will be redesigned. 4. No internet. The house itself is charming, a few cosmetic repairs needed but really, very very lovely house. I’d buy it if it ever came up for sale. Loved it that much. We will definitely try and stay here for our future trips.
