Petite chambre au centre de Thessalonique... pas u
Veröffentlicht am 23.09.2020 auf HotelsAu lieu de l’appartement supérieur avec vue sur la ville, nous avons eu une chambre de 15 m2 (pour 30 m2 dans la description) vue sur la cour intérieur. Rien à voir avec un appartement mais une chambre avec une bouilloire et un micro onde... on passera sur la fuite d’eau lors de la dernière nuit (suite à des travaux à l’étage supérieur) et le changement des serviettes la veille de notre départ (pour 4 jours)...

שילמתי מראש, הכל בוצע כמו שצריך, אבל הגעתי לנכס דלת נעולה, לא היה לי מפתח, לא היה עם מי לדבר, אבל נאלצתי לחפש ולהסתובב בעיר לחפש מלון, אבל אכזבה ענקית ואדרוש את כספי חזרה

Could not sleep, but nice location/staff/room.

1) you must check-in in another location 10mn away from the apartment to get your keys. This is not very practical but they called me 1 day before arrival and organized a 20€ transfert from airport to the apartment via the hotel for the check-in. The staff is extremely nice and please to help you. But if you are on a budget stay, and take a bus from the airport, it is then not very easy to get the key so far from the apartment. But location is great.
2) I got a room on the street side: very hard to sleep as the noise is high from the trafic of cars and moto bikes. Bring ear plugs or you will hardly sleep. Or, ask to ger s room on the other side
3) I read complains about the room and the kitchen. I do not agree. I checked all options in the city and considering the price they charge, the room is very confortable, very clean, and it has all the modern features one can expect. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed. Especially for less than 50€ a night. Only issue: the noise.
4) The apartments are located in a building which is shared with other residents. Here comes the problem: a dog started to shout non stop from 00:38am until 2:22am. Really non-stop. The walls are so thin that you can hear anything, it woke me up and I called the hotel reception, again they were nice but could not help. This would not happen if the entre building belonged to them.
I paid cheap, I did not sleep two nights. My experience was terrible as a result.

Terrible service in check In ! Be careful!
Veröffentlicht am 10.10.2019 auf HotelsGreat location, good rooms , TERRIBLE CHECK IN !!! I was about 1 hour outside waiting , for keys ( they should send me some code to download some Ap key - they never DID !) so as result- I was waiting outside!
And what if I don’t have knowledge for use Ap ...? ... I will stay out ?!!! Terrible service and bad way to talk to clients , WHAT A PITY- because apartment is good and clean .
