Stayed for 6 nights in a non-smoking room. For one person it was sufficiently spacious. Very clean and modern. Price for breakfast somewhat too high, several coffee shops in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Shimbashi station (10 minutes walk or one stop with the Yurikamome train line). Definitely coming back.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Monorail, U- Bahn und Taxi Boot Anleger sind fußläufig erreichbar, Münzwaschmaschine/Trocknerkombi befindet sich auf jedem 2. Stockwerk

Value for Money aber nicht viel mehr

Wurden freundlich an der Rezeption begrüßt, alles modern und chic. Zimmer für Tokio geräumig, akustisch gut isoliert, vielleicht etwas in die Tage gekommen. Die Klimaanlage war jedoch nicht sehr komfortabel, selbst 24 Grad waren immer noch sehr kalt. Ab 25 Grad wurde sie dann aber sehr warm. Frühstück für japanische Verhältnisse ok, aber für westliche doch wenig Auswahl.

I have visited the hotel a couple of times. Rooms are clean and good. The breakfast has drastically improved to an average level. The CheckIn process is completely over complicated as they try to use over touch screens, but quiet strange. Earlier CheckIn is possible for an extra charge. We had a fair price so it was good. But don’t overpay.

well connected hotel

The place is well connected through Shiodome station literally under the hotel. I stayed here 5 years ago and since then it seems to have changed a little for the worse. I somewhat remembered bigger rooms. The cleaning has been changed from daily to every 3 days for environmental reasons, which to me doesn't make sense in a country where every cookie is in a separate packaging. Plus our stay was 4 nights and the room was not cleaned after the 3rd night. However you can request cleaning earlier if you wish. Apart from that a great hotel with very friendly staff and good service.

Empfang sehr freundlich, alle sehr hilfsbereit, gute Lage, schöne Lobby, gutes Frühstück, aber Zimmer relativ klein und internet wirklich sehr langsam

Tolle Lage mit direktem Zugang zur Metrostation. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Wirklich empfehlenswert.
