Nice and clean, great staff!
Veröffentlicht am 03.09.2020 auf HotelsESA in Elmsford is a great place to stay if you need long term accomodations. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Due to COVID, they provide kitchen utensils on request only which gave me the impression that they really care. Staff in particular was very helpful and friendly. The location is convienient with walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Although located near major highways, it is quiet. Will go there again when having business in Elmsford.

Great room quality, very quiet. Reservations, extended twice, went smoothly. Diner nearby & walkable; coffee & oatmeal in lobby convenient.

Definitely not what I expected...

The hallway leading to our room had a musky smell & the breakfast was a granola bar with coffee... Definitely not what I anticipated breakfast to be...

Great staff, sweet and friendly everyone one of them. However, the property rooms could use some updating. The doors are all very loud, and in the morning the male cleaner was going from room to room really fast getting sheets and blankets. The doors were BANGING over and over for about 20 minutes. The parking is a little strange with a parking structure behind the building, but there is plenty of room.
You have quick access to the freeway and there is Sleepy Hollow and Rockefeller park nearby. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a great diner is a block away.
