Things To Know:
-Located directly on Ventura Beach and walking distance to local restaurants and bars.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $500.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
