PARKING: space for 5 vehicles.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-Children are welcome but please note home is not child proof and has stairs, a hot tub and raised deck.

-The cabin does not have central AC but there is a mini split installed in the upstairs area. Fans available in each sleeping area.

-LACC requires guests to complete a Renter's Registration Form. A link will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival date (or upon booking if arrival date is less than 2 weeks away). The Renter Registration needs to be completed before guests are able to enter the LACC.

-LACC club amenity fee paid by owner in rental cost.

-LACC charges an additional fee of $125 if you are bring a boat or watercraft and plan on using the boat launch and trailer parking area inside the club. (There is no fee for bring a boat/watercraft that will be launched outside the LACC).
