Summary:

The 23 sqm2 single studio is a perfect match for business or student travelers staying for days or a while. The raw concrete walls add a calmness to the top modernized studios that we decorated with a big help from our friends at design studio Bungalow5. All our single studios are situated on the top floor, many with great views of the city.



The Space:

We finished building this perfectly functional and Green Key certified aparthotel in March 2024 with all the features and interior solutions we dreamt of right from the beginning. With the basketball court in front, the Basecamp area to the right and the university close by there really is a fresh and lively energy around the DGNB awarded building. DGNB is only awarded to projects realizing high eco standards combined with low financial impact and great social possibilities.



A tour of the place

Park your car in the private garage and take the elevator directly to the 4th floor to find your studio apartment entrance. Along the hallway there is a big social space and kitchen if you need to host a meeting or just want to meet new people.



Inside the apartment entrance there is a wardrobe and plenty of space to leave your suitcase and shoes.

To your right the clean and colorful bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water that never runs out.



Straight from the entrance, the cool black table, great for breakfast or dinner for two or simply a suitable work space complimented by the consistent and super fast wifi.



The comfortable single (90x200cm) bed by the windows comes with a fluffy warm duvet and a hypoallergenic pillow selection.



Floor to ceiling windows create lots of daylight while the high quality curtains can be used as darkening shades when you need to sleep in.



Enjoy your favorite Netflix (complimentary) show on the 43” Samsung Smart TV on the opposite side of the bed.



The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso machine with complimentary biodegradable capsules, fridge, induction cookplate and all the cookware you need to prepare an easy homemade meal.



Do your laundry at the well functioning and 100% free laundry room by the entrance.



The Neighborhood:

The charming center of Århus is a good stroll away that takes you through the city university which in 2023 was awarded one of the five most beautiful universities in Europe. Along the way you’ll pass the famous art museum Aros with it’s masterpiece rainbow panorama being a must see for all visitors to Århus.



Our neighbor Basecamp with it’s many young inhabitants makes the area young and bustling with plenty of cool hang out spots around.



If you prefer, catch the light rail train (letbane) an 8 min walk from the apartments to quickly get to the center or the new cool harbour area.



Getting Around:

The light rail (letbanen) is an 8 min walk away. Takes you to central Århus in 5 min.

On the rearside of the building our neighbour is a transformer station which can sometimes create a small constant sound heard through open windows close by.

We are strongly committed to providing you and your fellow travelers with a sustainable stay in Copenhagen. Green key certified received in 2025.



This includes providing green electricity in our apartments, improved in-house practices to minimise waste and single-use plastic, and incorporating sustainable and local interior solutions in new apartments.



Additionally the building is awarded by FN standards the DGNB prize for realising high eco standards combined with low financial impact and great social possibilities.
