The subdivision is 5-6 minutes from the Island, 10 minutes from the airport, on the boulevard there is a very popular track with athletes and young people for running, skating and of course cycling. Many people in the morning to run or walk on the beach and see the sunrise, it is very safe, spacious and beautiful the beach.
