Welcome to this beautifully furnished studio apartment and enjoy comfortable bed overlooking the lush greenery, 3 seperate swimming pools with the wide floor to ceiling glass wall from the bedroom.

How about also enjoying same view from from the living room! A 55" cable TV which makes your stay awesome and stress free.

An on-site cafeteria allows guests to get food delivered to their room or sit in to have your meals.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, saucepans, plates, cutlery, cups, etc.

The apartment is within 5min walk from the American Embassy, French Embassy, and several other embassies.

The apartment is within 5min drive to several fine restaurants where guests can enjoy delicious local and foreign meals. Shops and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby where guests can shop for all their groceries and other needs in a hustle free-way.

Stay with me while on vacation or on a quick business trip, you'll enjoy free wifi and access to three pristine swimming pools.

Please enjoy all the 3 separate swimming pools while staying here whilst on your business trips or on vacation.

The apartment has an on site gymnasium fully equipped with state-of-the art cardio and weight training equipments and a yoga studio.

You'll also have access to a safe and secured underground parking, 24/7 security surveillance, and you'll be granted electronic access to the building.
Other things to note
Guests are only allowed to smoke on the balcony.

Weed smoking, loud noise and loud music are strictly prohibited.

In addition the apartment takes a maximum of 2 guests at a time only.

I undertake regular housekeeping and also maintenance, my team will knock before accessing the apartment, if they don't get any response then they access with a key to carry out cleaning and maintenance.

Please note to send me a message you'll need to be be notified before accessing the room right after you have booked or before booking to take note, otherwise the team will go into the apartment without preinforming you.
