The property is introduced by a long driveway in the green lawn, from which you reach thepool area
and the SPA with a vast Jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, an area that can be
either enclosed or open to the garden thanks to the large windows.
Il Trullo di Cimaglia is a spacious and cozy solution, with its 3 independent living units that frame the pool area and patio.
The main unit, which includes the ancient trullo, consists of a kitchen, 1 double bedroom
and 1 en suite shower room. In this unit there is everything you need
to cook meals. The patio, which can be enclosed with glass windows if
necessary, is the dining area.
There are, in addition, two annexes.
The first consists of 1 double room and 1 triple room with
double bed + single sofa bed, both with en suite bathroom, equipped
with coffee maker, mini bar, outdoor table and solarium area.
The second annex is 1 triple room with double bed and single sofa bed, en suite bathroom, coffee maker, frigobar, outdoor patio.

of Acquaviva delle Fonti.
The metropolitan city of Bari is just 33
km away, Matera with its legendary "sassi" is only 37 km, and the
characteristic Polignano a Mare with its ancient village overlooking the
sea is about 43 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 35 per person.
- Pool available from May to October. 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
