Summary:
A lovely ground floor two-bedroom apartment on the Mare Verde complex in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The apartment has just been refurbished (2021) and is looking very smart. The owners have just installed air conditioning (metered) and it also has a washing machine. The terrace overlooks the pool. The apartment is situated on Phase I, which in our opinion is the best phase on this complex.

The Space:
Mare Verde 6 - Two Bed has just been refurbished (2021) and is looking very smart. The apartment now has air conditioning (metered) in both bedrooms. The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. The terrace has the sun in the afternoon and overlooks the pool. It is comfortably furnished with a patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which has 2 comfy sofas, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international channels. There is also a ceiling fan and a portable fan to keep the apartment cool. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, tall fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Doors from the lounge lead to the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, wardrobes, and air conditioning (metered). The 2nd bedroom also has 2 single beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, wardrobes, and air conditioning (metered). The bathroom now has a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, and a WC. There is also a security safe in the apartment.
