Designed for easy coastal living, this welcoming one-bedroom home combines relaxed styling with practical comforts for a laid-back Brighton stay. Soft neutral tones, timber flooring, and natural light create a calm atmosphere throughout, while air-conditioning and thoughtful furnishings make it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive.

The open-plan living area is an inviting space to unwind after a day by the beach or exploring Adelaide. Stretch out on the comfortable three-seater sofa with a movie on the wall-mounted TV, or enjoy a quiet evening beneath the warm glow of the standing lamp. Nearby, the four-seater dining table offers a cosy setting for shared meals, takeaway dinners, or planning the next day’s adventures. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners, including a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, full-size fridge, and dishwasher.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a plush queen bed, bedside lighting, and a ceiling fan for added comfort on warmer evenings. Built-in storage provides plenty of space to unpack and feel at home during longer stays. The modern bathroom sits nearby and includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and hair dryer, creating a fresh and functional space to begin or end the day.

Step outside to the private courtyard, where two outdoor chairs and a table create a quiet spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks in the fresh air. Accessed through the courtyard, the separate laundry includes a washing machine, adding extra convenience for beach days and extended stays. On-site parking for one vehicle is allocated in the common area.

This is a classic home with original timber floors. Please note that some of the floorboards squeak when walked on. We advise light sleepers, or anyone who might be bothered by this, to consider it before booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
