Jo's Sanctuary is perfect for your family or group getaway. Just a short walk to Aldinga Beach Esplanade and directly across from the beautiful Aldinga Scrub. BBQ or simply relax upstairs on the lounge on our fully covered balcony. Keep an eye out for Kangaroos that come to visit! 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, 2 storey home that sleeps up to 10. You will love our newly furnished spacious home.



The Space:

After your booking is confirmed you will be provided a boarding pass link from Airbnb’s trusted partner, ENSO Connect.

Please note that a $550 security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not held by us) is required as part of the booking process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a $55 damage waiver.



Two living areas so everyone can have their space!



Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create your own meals, including crockery, pots and pans. Enjoy your morning coffee from our Breville espresso machine. Pantry items are available for your use.



Downstairs, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a living room, full bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet.



Upstairs, Master bedroom 1 with a king bed, walk in robe and a en-suite with a shower.

A beautiful open plan lounge room, dining and kitchen area with a smart TV in the lounge so you can kick back after a long day at the beach. The open plan area upstairs has doors to our balcony, cook your BBQ while taking in the view. The perfect place to relax!

Also upstairs is a dedicated study area connected to an additional private enclosed balcony

There is also and additional toilet upstairs in addition to the en-suite of master bedroom 1.

All beds will be made up ready for you. All linen and towels, including beach towels provided. Kitchen, laundry and bathroom ammenities will also be providided

Walk to the beach! Enjoy the Aldinga Scrub. Short distance to local cafes and bar on Aldinga Esplanade.
