The Glenelg-to-City tram service is currently not operating.



Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.



Booking & Check-In Information



Any booking extensions must be requested by 4 PM the day before checkout. Late requests may incur a cleaning cancellation fee.



Guests are required to complete a guest registration form, including providing a valid photo ID and card, before key instructions are sent.



A pre-authorisation hold of $750 will be placed on your card at check-in. This is automatically released after your departure, provided the property is left in good condition.

A 1.5% card surcharge applies to all payments.



Guests are liable for any damages that occur during their stay and will be charged accordingly.



To ensure a smooth arrival:



The registration form must be completed before the end of office hours on the day of arrival.



Check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been approved by our team.



Failure to submit required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or an inability to access the property.



For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to arrange approval.

No Parties or Events

Our homes are intended for family holidays and peaceful getaways. Parties, functions, or commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.



Guest Numbers & Noise

Only registered guests may stay at the property. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.



Pets & Smoking

Pets are permitted only at approved pet-friendly properties. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.



Care & Cleanliness

Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave the property tidy upon departure.



Rubbish & Parking

Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and park only in designated areas.
