Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful beach, friendly personal.

Great hotel and very friendly staff

Cons: Perhaps the children's entertainment in the evenings. One of the magic shows was a bubble show and not very entertaining - we left early.
Location: Location was great, very relaxing and laid back. The beach at the hotel isn't much of a beach and is very 'stoney'. We went to Elouda beach nearby.
We cant fault this hotel it was amazing from start to finish and Crete is a beautiful island. The facilities were top class and it was really clean. They went out of their way to help us with our son. Very helpful staff, food was great. The heated outdoor pool wasn't heated at all but other than that it was a great experience. They said the hotel was fully booked but yet it felt empty - no rush at pools or for dining. It was very relaxed.
