The villas feature a clean, minimal design and offer modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Kumo Villa I is a ground-floor villa of 110 m2, accommodating up to five guests across two en-suite bedrooms. Its south-facing facade features floor-to-ceiling glass panels that allow natural light and uninterrupted views of the sea and horizon. The interior is furnished with branded pieces from Flos and Baxter and follows an industrial-inspired palette of black, white, and grey, creating a clean and functional living space with views over the surrounding landscape.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower, skylight, seating area, and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer)
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be joined to form a king-size bed 1.80 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower, adjacent exercise area with skylight, treadmill, free weights, kettlebells, mats, and a stepper
Outdoor Area - Surrounded by stone walls, covering 200 m2, offering sea and sunset views
-Private swimming pool: 35 m2, 1.50 m deep, ladder access; optional heating available for an additional daily charge (requires full-stay usage and one weeks notice)
-Shaded areas: 3 pergolas, hammock, hanging chair, outdoor sofa, outdoor lounge area, 2 sunbeds, double day bed, and outdoor shower
-Outdoor dining and cooking station: Portable electric grill, electric kitchen burner, and outdoor sink for al fresco meals
-Parking: Private entrance and driving lot with space for 2 cars inside the villa premises with gate
Important Accommodation Notes:
* Kumo Villas are not recommended for children under 6 years old, as there are not suitable safety measures for small kids.
* To reach Kumo villas, you will cross a small dirt road which is rocky, so it is recommend that you rent a Jeep-like type of car or SUV. Also, the rural area around the Villa can be better explored with such a car (normal cars can access it as well, but they have not to be low)
* We kindly ask all our guests to respect the tranquility and quietness of the area, as well as their neighbours.
* We highly recommend taking advantage of the pre-arrival grocery delivery to the villa (grocery costs not included) as the nearest grocery store is quite a distance away. This service ensures that your essentials are ready upon arrival.
