A modern home offering 4 spacious bedrooms plus an amazing rooftop viewing area and sun deck. Including a private parents' retreat with 2 balconies and an office desk. Stay cool in summer with the split system aircon in the upper and lower levels and enjoy movie night with free high-speed internet. Linen and bath towels are provided; just bring your beach towels. Off-street parking is provided with a large undercover area with 3m clearance for a boat with a car connected, plus a fenced yard - 1 outside dog is permitted with approval.
Please note the directive for use of the rooftop viewing area - children must be supervised at all times and be accompanied by an adult. The access hatch needs to be kept closed when not in use.
