Welcome to our Family Home, a charming and authentic house nestled within the ancient walls of Aigues-Mortes! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it’s designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests (and 1 baby) in a unique, warm setting.

If you love historic stonework as much as modern comfort, this home will delight you! You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the absolute tranquility here, despite its prime location in the heart of the historic center. Imagine yourself enjoying lunch or dinner in the courtyard, shaded by a soft coconut-fiber canopy, overlooking a garden with pomegranate, persimmon, mint, and verbena. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge after a day of exploring.

The house is located at 15 Boulevard Gambetta, just steps from Place de la Viguerie and only 200 meters from Place Saint-Louis, the historic center of Aigues-Mortes.

With its 170 m² spread across three levels, the house offers a spacious and functional layout:
Ground floor: Entryway, hallway, office, separate WC, living room, large open kitchen, and access to the courtyard.
First floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with WC and bidet.
Bedroom 1: Two 90 cm beds that can be combined into one 180 cm bed + private terrace.
Bedroom 2: One 140 cm double bed.
Second floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 bathroom with WC.
Bedroom 3: One 140 cm double bed.
Bedroom 4: One 140 cm double bed + 1 crib.

You’ll also enjoy a delightful 60 m² courtyard garden and secure parking space in the garage.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with central gas heating, air conditioning on the second floor (since heat rises!), and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linens are provided, and cleaning is included, ensuring a stress-free stay.
