In one of the old town's narrow streets, rue Saint-Charles, you'll find the house where Napoleon Bonaparte was born. Today, the Bonaparte house houses a museum displaying his personal memorabilia. Other items (documents and medals) are on display in the Salon Napoléonien in the Hôtel de Ville.
