The main villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area with large glass doors that maximize natural light and showcase the magnificent sea views, together with a fully equipped modern kitchen. On the second level is the master bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and its own private balcony. Two stylish double en-suite bedrooms are located on the garden level, one room includes a bunk bed making it a perfect family room. These ground-floor rooms are accessible via external stairs outside the main villa, providing extra privacy for families or groups.

The outdoor spaces are designed for pure relaxation and effortless summer living. Guests can unwind by the private L-shaped swimming pool, soak in the jacuzzi while enjoying the sunset, or dine under the stars in the elegant outdoor kitchen and BBQ area overlooking the Ionian Sea. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden filled with Mediterranean plants and aromatic herbs, Villa Aetos offers privacy, comfort, and an unforgettable luxury escape.



Mid-week cleaning, linen and towel changes, garden and pool maintenance, as well as travel assistance and concierge services are included to ensure a seamless and truly relaxing stay.

The Neighborhood:

Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas,cafe and a bakery are within walking distance. The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada (which boasts some of the top 10 beaches in Europe), Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. We can book this for you at any time. 4km around the bay you will come along the busy town of Paleros which is a lively alternative to Pogonia. There are tavernas, shops and our own Paleros Yacht club whose menu is inspired by Paleros culinary heritage and the heathy local diet.
