DAS ÄUSSERE: Casa Salvaje ist eine zweistöckige Strandvilla. Der blau geflieste Pool mit Terrasse und Liegebereich befindet sich auf der Meerseite der Unterkunft. Die Karibik wird Ihre Kulisse sein, wenn Sie am Pool hĂ€ngen und Ihre Margaritas am Nachmittag genießen. Schattenpalapas, StrandliegestĂŒhle, Kajaks, Gasgrill und andere Gartenmöbel sorgen dafĂŒr, dass Sie den Strand genießen können! Eine große Terrasse auf der zweiten Ebene ist perfekt, um die Bucht zu ĂŒberblicken und die Aussicht zu genießen!



ALLGEMEINE AUSSTATTUNG: Die Hauptebene umfasst eine voll ausgestattete moderne KĂŒche mit FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbar, einen Essbereich mit Platz fĂŒr zehn Personen und einen großen, komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnbereich mit Satellitenfernsehen. Von der Hauptebene aus haben Sie dank der GlasschiebetĂŒren, die zum Pool und zur Sonnenterrasse fĂŒhren, einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand.



Zwei der Schlafzimmer des Casa Salvaje befinden sich auf der ersten Ebene. Eines ist mit einem Queensize-Bett und eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und beide sind klimatisiert. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben SchiebetĂŒren, die zum Pool, zur Terrasse und zu den privaten Badezimmern fĂŒhren.



Auf der zweiten Ebene befindet sich die große klimatisierte Master-Suite mit eigenem Bad und Kingsize-Bett. Die Master Suite bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick und eine Terrasse zur Meerseite. Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf der zweiten Ebene. Dieses große Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Garten ist mit zwei Queensize-Betten ausgestattet, die durch eine kleine Trennwand voneinander getrennt sind. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls klimatisiert und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein eigenes Bad.



DIE GÄSTEHÄUSER: Die GĂ€stehĂ€user öffnen sich zur Gartenseite des Anwesens. Eines ist ein Studio auf der unteren Ebene mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Einzelbett. Die anderen 2 GĂ€stehĂ€user befinden sich im Obergeschoss und verfĂŒgen jeweils ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett. Stunning location

Casa Salvaje was a stellar location. Rooms were spaciaous and being steps to the beach was incredible. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a quaint escape.

We needed a house that could accommodate our kids families with grandchildren. In other words, lots of rooms. This house is perfect for a large gathering.This house is in great condition. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and cool AC. The beach was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the kids. We all enjoyed snorkeling on the awesome reef right in front of the house, seeing tons of unique fish and coral. The housekeeper, Betty, was very friendly and we so appreciated her hard work keeping everything fresh and clean, along with Aurelio the gardener who came and cleaned the pool/beach area in the mornings. One of the nights we had Chef Elias, recommended in the visitor book, come make a group dinner and it was so delicious. There was plenty of common area space to play games and lounge in the evenings. Overall it was an unforgettable vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better place to make family memories together.

Family Vacation

Our stay was perfect! House and grounds were beautiful. We went in the “sea weed” season but it was not a problem at all! Air conditioning was great in the bedrooms. House keeper and gardener were fantastic. The area was beautiful and we felt safe. We rented cars and had one group picked up from the airport without any problems. We will definitely be back! The property was in a great location... It was turtle nesting season and we saw many turtles nesting as well as babies being released, very exciting. The beach is right there, the sand leading right up to the steps to the house. The water was shallow enough, as well as calm enough for the younger guests to enjoy. The maid and the grounds man were very efficient and unintrusive and quite helpful with helping to figure out transportation as well as local places to visit. Overall an epic trip and a wonderful time.

It was centrally located to many attractions and was on a quiet section of a great beach. With on onsite nighttime security guard, we always felt secure and the property was regularly maintained by the housekeeper and maintenance person. There were many nearby cenotes but I could recommend the Rio Secreto as it was a well preserved cenote and had great, safe and attentive guides.

I can’t give this property enough praise. My family and I rented the entire home June 22- June29,2024. The house is beautiful. The beach is all sand and beautiful as well. There was 14 in our party. We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper were provided. Please tip them well because they do a great job. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach. A cool beach bar is just down from the house. We snorkeled right off of our beach. Just a reminder there is only AC in the bedrooms. However we were all very comfortable.

It truly is a hidden gem!Also, Jorge, the house manager is quick to respond and fix any issues. This year we had a little problem with water pressure and they fixed it asap. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Spot for our 3 Generation Beach Stay

We didn’t want to leave. Something for all of us. Plenty of room for the eleven of us aged 3yrs to 74 yrs. The swimming pool was a big hit, as was the private entry to the gorgeous beach and snorkeling (rays,squid,turtles,fish). The well stocked kitchen with two refrigerators made for easy breakfast/coffee. The daily housekeeping and groundskeeper kept the house immaculate. Plenty of baths, outdoor shower, safe parking, cozy family spot for games,puzzles,dining. We were able to pull up NFL games. We were amazed at how quiet and secluded the beach area felt. Our group went to local cenotes,took the Playa ferry to Cozumel , drove to Coba. Able to experience some of the quieter activities we remember from 50 years ago.Short drive to Akumal for restaurants.In a pinch, walk to bikini bar for drinks and snacks.

Amazing Place!

We had absolutely the best time staying at this property. It was perfect for a larger group- we ended up using the main house and three rooms in the guest house (very close). Everything was exactly as pictured and maintained so well by the groundskeeper as well as the housekeeper- both were incredibly kind and even helped us when we wanted to arrange a chef to come to the house. The kitchen wasn't the biggest but it was made better by having two refrigerators. It was amazing to have a house right on the beach with a pool; we spent so much time lounging on the beach and walked to the local beach bar many times. It literally was a private beach! We felt safe and secure. We also really appreciated the guidebook with local recommendations and tips. It was a very quick drive to the local town but a bit farther to a supermarket. Overall, an amazing property. Highly recommend.

The gardener and the housekeeper were great; did a excellent job of keeping the grounds and house clean without causing any disruption. Can not comment on the management company as we had no interaction with them. Be aware that coming down the stairs from the bedrooms located on the second floor can be tricky for older people as handrail does not extend all the way to the top of the stairs. The house was in a great location for restaurants and other sights including seeing loggerhead turtles that come upon the beach at night to lay eggs, which was amazing. Highly recommend the house, we had a fantastic time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't give this property enough praise. My family and I rented the entire home June 22- June29,2024. The house is beautiful. The beach is all sand and beautiful as well. There was 14 in our party. We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper were provided. Please tip them well because they do a great job. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach. A cool beach bar is just down from the house. We snorkeled right off of our beach. Just a reminder there is only AC in the bedrooms. However we were all very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this beautiful house right on the beach! What a great place to be with family. The house was perfect for our large group, and we spent many hours swimming, sitting by the pool and on the beach. Having the Beached Bikini Bar just down the beach was perfect for easy meals. The property managers were incredible in helping us plan excursions, transportation, and catered meals. Betty and Aurelio kept the place in tip-top shape and super clean every day. The location is pretty isolated, so you’ll be needing taxis. My recommendation is to agree on a price with the taxi driver prior to the ride, and pay separately for each leg. They’ll charge you for waiting in between rides if you aren’t careful! Otherwise everything was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful home with a pool right on the beach. Who could ask for more?

Our family of 11 enjoyed the Christmas week at this Akumal beach house. Initially it was a little hard to find, as we arrived after dark. Then we drove down a quarter mile rutted dirt road that led towards the beach and to the house. But the remote location gave us quiet and solitude. We had the beach to ourselves, except for occasional beach walkers passing by, and snorkelers swimming in the water. The location was fantastic. The house had four bedrooms, two down and two up, each with their own bathrooms, and three of them with views of the pool and beach. The rest of our family stayed in the three bedrooms of the casita, each with Its own bathroom. We were quite comfortable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were ample and comfortable for our family, and having Bette arrive each day to housekeep for us was wonderful. There were plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. The only thing lacking was a table outside large enough for all of us to dine, but as it was December and dark early, we did not miss it. We had a great time and highly recommend Casa Salvaje.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great location for beach and esp golf which is right across street at PGA Riveriera Maya. Pricey but beautiful course. Hard though. One item of note that I had not seen in earlier reviews is, there is no dishwasher. It's doable, but just good to know in case that's a dealbreaker for you. They gave plenty of supplies to do dishes and the cleaners helped with that every day, but we felt with 13 people we should do our own dishesThey clean the pool every day which is awesome o get sand out and clean all rooms. Very nice and we were happy to tip them at end. Eating at La Buena Vida a quick drive down road was highly recommended! We had a great time. We also did a boat trip per our entire group for a morning that they helped us coordinate and they did an amazing job.the boat was called endless summer and the stag and chef were outstanding. We had free drinks and fajitas for lunch. Perfect for kids and adults. Also included a snorkel activity. We will be back!
