Situated in San Jamie Mediterraneo, on the heights of Son Bou beach, in the south coast of Menorca, Villa Superba is a beautiful Villa with a stunning sea view.

Outside we find the garden, the infinity swimming pool (fenced for kids security), with the panoramic terrace and sunbeds for the sunny days, a covered loggia with armchairs and table to enjoy a unique aperitif on the sunset, a dining area for al fresco dinner,a built-on barbecue to prepare delicious meals with friend and the family. Just few steps, on the side of the house we find a shaded area with another table and chairs and an outdoor shower.

The interiors are really bright thanks to the large glass windows to admire the Mediterranean sea, there is the lovely living area with cozy sofas, TV, fireplace and the dinner area with table and chairs. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a fantastic sea view form outside, you’ will find all the facilities to prepare delicious meals all together, the refrigerator, freezer, oven, dish washing machine, ice maker, microwave and the dryer.

Villa Superba is developed on two floor, on the first floor we find the 3 beautiful sleeping rooms, all conditioned, with dress room and private balcony.
One bedroom has a double bed (150cm) , the second room has two twin beds (90cm) , they share the bathroom with bathtub and shower head, the third room has a double bed (180) plus a baby bed, this room has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower head.
