Villa Laurinda - Near the beach

Summary:

​Villa Laurinda is located in the Torre Soli Nou area - which is a few minutes away from the Son Bou Beach. The villa is all one level, and has a bright and spacious living room. Which has comfortable sofas and doors that lead to the terrace. From this terrace you can dine outdoors with the provided outdoor furniture and enjoy the magnificent sea views. There is also a private pool for guests to enjoy.



The Space:

Villa Laurinda is a three bedroom villa, two twin rooms and a double (which has an en-suite bathroom). The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: an oven, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer. The kitchen also has a lovely breakfast bar which separates the kitchen from the dining room.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, as well as sun loungers to allow guests to sunbathe comfortably. Furthermore, there is a barbecue and parasol available.

Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300.

Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.

Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
