Other things to keep in mind: To access the apartment, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in where you must enter the details of all guests, verify your identity, and (if required) pay the tourist tax.
Communicate with the Host exclusively via chat, except in emergencies.
Please:
Dispose of the trash in the bins below the apartment BEFORE leaving the apartment;
Empty the fridge;
Wash dishes and cookware;
Take care of the residence, furnishings, and everything inside;
Report any accidental damage or malfunction (and do not conceal or ignore it) as soon as it occurs, so we can promptly intervene and ensure a hassle-free stay for incoming guests;
Leave the apartment clean and tidy. The cleaning service ALWAYS takes care of the cleaning before check-in and upon departure, but the work of these collaborators must be supported by the guests' cooperation;
Respect the neighbors and the common areas;
Avoid disturbing others during inappropriate hours and respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
