LOST NIGHTS
The full nightly rate applies to any nights left vacant following your stay due to unreturned keys or damage caused during your stay.
PETS

The presence of an unauthorised animal will result in a $500 remediation and cleaning fee to cover additional cleaning, deodorising, and inspection costs, together with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid accommodation charges.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
