Welcome to our remodeled modern cabin featuring 2 BD & 1 Bath, thoughtfully designed with cozy charm and stylish touches. Relax in the wood-burning hot tub or sauna, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy an outdoor movie by the hot tub TV. The spacious deck offers a dining area, BBQ, gas firepit, and comfy seatingâperfect for morning coffee or starlit nights. Nestled near Pocono attractions, itâs an inviting retreat for family, friends, and unforgettable memories year-round.
The space
Inside:
As you step through the main entrance, youâre welcomed by an inviting open-concept space. To the right, youâll find a fully equipped stylish kitchen with everything you need and direct access to the deck through sliding doors. To the left, a cozy dining area with a round table flows into the living room featuring a comfortable couch, TV, electric fireplace, and a basket of board games for family fun.
Straight ahead are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom (left) offers a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and includes an ownerâs closet. Before the bedrooms, a small door to the left hides another ownerâs closet. To the right, the laundry area with washer and dryer sits conveniently nearby. At the end of the hall, a beautiful full bathroom awaits, complete with a freestanding tub and a modern shower.
Deck:
Step outside to a spacious deck with a dining table, chairs, gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and cozy seatingâperfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evenings outdoors. Stairs from the deck lead directly to the backyard.
Backyard:
The large yard is designed for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the wood-burning hot tub, unwind with the outdoor TV set beside it, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit with plenty of seating. The entire space glows with string lights, creating a magical ambiance under the stars.
Guest access
If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office:
MonâThurs: 8 AM â 4 PM
Friday: 8 AM â 6 PM
Saturday: 8 AM â 2 PM
After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only).

Community Amenities
- MAIN LAKE
Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool
- BOULDER LAKE
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

Clubhouse Basketball Court
- The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

Fishing Lake
- FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community (Indian Mountain Lakes). You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.
Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.
