The house features private pool a hot tub, infrared sauna game room with pool table, large kitchen, dining area, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, backyard, gas grill, picnic table, gazebo, and outdoor dining set. Walking distance to beautiful scenic Boulder lake in one of the beautiful communities in the Poconos. Free Wifi in all the rooms & game room.

The space
The house is located in a private lakeside community, with beautiful lakes with amazing beaches & playgrounds, and fishing lake. Walking distance to the swimming lake with the beach and kids playground.
The community amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools, kiddie pool, 5 lakes with beaches and fishing, tennis courts, basketball courts, kids playgrounds.
Please note that the outdoor community swimming pools are open in the summer season only from Memorial day weekend until Labor day weekend.
The house pool is open after May 24

The house is located in Poconos mountains, close to the area's many outdoor and indoor attractions during all seasons.

GENERAL:

-The Quiet hours are from 9pm until 8am, which are strictly reenforced.

-No parties allowed

- No smoking of any kind inside the house, it’s allowed outdoors in the designated smoking area


Guest access

If you are planning of using the Association amenities, please let us know in advance. $10 per person per wristband fee will be added to the reservation. In case the wristbands are requested beforehand, you will be able to pick them up at the community office or if it's after 4PM - at the gate. In case, you decide to use the amenities during your stay without prior notice, the wristbands can be purchased at the community office during its open hours. The address of the office is: 95 Highridge Rd.

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community (Indian Mountain Lakes). You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $75 will be added.Located in a private gated lakeside community, with beautiful lakes with amazing beaches & playgrounds, and fishing lake.
