The first floor features the double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a small balcony with sea views. There's also a small annex that can accommodate an additional guest in an extra bed.

On the ground floor, there's a dining/living room with plenty of natural light, air conditioning, a TV, and a sofa bed (for 2 people), as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, blender, and utensils for preparing your meals.

Eva's Paradise is located just 400 meters from Peneco Beach, 650 meters from Pescadores Beach, and close to supermarkets, public transportation, and leisure areas.
