The Villa has its own private gate and is not overlooked.
has 4 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 1 W/C, 1 new ultra-modern kitchen installed in 2019 a large open plan
dining room / living room. The entire villa has 2019 has a tranquil décor and new
climate control air conditioning / heating system, Wi Fi and interactive alarm system. The Villa has 2
private balconies off the upstairs bedrooms and 2 terraces on the ground floor.

The fantastic, private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space and loungers to relax and soak up the
sun. The Brick BBQ to the side of the garden with access to the kitchen is the perfect for the alfresco diners.
There is a beautiful semi shaded terrace with a table and chairs and a chill out area with modern rattan
furniture 8 loungers and a large 8 seater table and chairs for outdoor dining and to top it all off there is ample parking and a car shelter.

Master Bedroom Top Floor is a very large room with a king-size bed it has ample room for 2 extra beds
making it an excellent family room with private bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and
garden area.
Bedroom 2 located on the top floor is a double bedroom with built in office for those who need to work and
play while in the beautiful Algarve (Printer / Scanner Available on request). It has its own private bathroom
and private terrace.

formations. It’s a breath-taking fishing village where you’ll see fishermen hauling in their catch ready to be
barbecued at the friendly restaurants later that night. There are lots of eating places and bars along the main street
that runs down the hill to the waterfront – where you’ll find a lovely little beach.
Praia dos Olhos D’Agua is famous for its natural springs. When the tide is low, these freshwater springs can be
found on the eastern side of the beach, among the rocks. The water is fresh, cold and can be drunk. These natural
springs look a bit like eyes and gave the beach its name. Praia dos Olhos de Água is in English sometimes called Eyes
of water beach.
