If you are looking for luxury and high spec for your next holiday then this 3 storey villa is the one for you. It has been totally renovated and modernized to an extremely high standard. It’s ideal for multiple families wishing to holiday together but having their own space. The lower floor has 2 large bedrooms(one large bed and one twin beds), contemporary shower room and small kitchenette/lounge. Ground floor has one bedroom and one contemporary stunning bathroom, and the 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and one contemporary bathroom. The house has a fully fitted modern kitchen and relaxing modern lounge/diner. The villa has air conditioning throughout and benefits from WIFI. For those very hot days the villa offers IPTV (SKY TV) channels which includes sports, films and many more channels. The outside space has just been renovated to include an extended lounge area by the pool, a lovely bar, a new shower, outside lighting around the pool, plus many more features. New for 2025 - we have added a pool heater!! This has been a frequent request and was added in October 2025! There is a lovely covered seating area next to the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy Al Fresco Dining from the BBQ. 3 bedrooms have a balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views of the marina houses or the partial sea view. In the summer months you can watch the beautiful sunset from these rooms. The villa is in a fantastic position in-between the Marina and The Old Town so perfect for those wishing to explore both. There is a supermarket and couple of bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the walk to the Marina and Old Town is only 10-12 minutes. The beautiful sandy Fisherman's Beach is just before you reach the Old Town where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars. The Marina has bars and restaurants and also offers day trips on boats including Dolphin watching, exploring stunning caves and many many more.

Das Objekt:Man war mir dem Objekt zufrieden.Ausstattung KĂŒche dĂŒrftig - nicht fĂŒr 10 Personen geeignet. Auch fĂŒr 6 Personen knapp bemessen.Außenbereich ebenfalls nur fĂŒr 6 Personen zentral bemessen.Hier und dort könnten Dinge erneuert werden. Bad / liegen etc.Backofen könnte eine Grundreinigung erfahren.Kommunikation mit Sonja (Hausdame) war perfekt und sehr nett.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien dimensionnée pour 6 adultes et 4 ados. elle est bien placée pour pouvoir aller à pied à la marina ainsi qu'au centre ville. Par contre nous avons trouvé un peu cher le prix du chauffage de la piscine (210 pour 7 jours) .

This is a supreme villa. We came here for a family holiday, and had a lovely time. Lots of space, big bedrooms, ample bathrooms, and lovely communal areas, including the wonderful swimming pool. Everything we needed was here. Good location, close to marina and old town. Host was brilliant - great communication in the lead up and during the stay, always offering to help if we needed anything

Our family of 10 had an amazing stay in this villa in September. There was ample room for us all, facilities were fantastic and the cleanliness of the property was great.Host Sonja was very responsive and checked in with us during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed.Walking distance to the marina and supermarket however a very steep hill to the supermarket.Only issue we experienced was the pool was dirty on our arrival and we were unable to use this until the second day of our trip however after this was resolved the pool was cleaned 2-3 times during our 10 night stay which was appreciated.Would definitely recommend and return to stay in the villa in the future.

Beautiful villa, bright, airy and modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had 10 in our group and never felt crowded, pool was great (even though the heater was been fitted 2days after we left lol) but we loved the refreshing cold water as it was sooo hot!, Communication with Sonja and her daughter was amazing nothing was to much trouble. Each room was well sized and had an air conditioning unit which was great for the evenings. The location of the villa was perfect with the pool being in the sun practically for the whole day, and the balcony’s provided great views over the marina and the sea. The hosts stayed in touch from the first enquiry about the villa until we got back to England which is great to see that they care about your stay and want it to all go well. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa! There were a couple of items, the pool wasn’t cleaned when we got there and the light bulbs needed replacing in one of the bathroom, but both issues were addressed promptly. Also, the swirl staircase is a little tight if your a taller person, but other than that, we had a fantastic stay, loved it!

Spacious villa in good location

It was so nice to be met at the villa by Caitlin, who showed us round the spotlessly clean villa. Communication with Sonja was exceptional, she made us feel welcome before we even left the UK! Kitchen was very well supplied with cooking equipment. An ideal villa for 2 familues or groups, as the bottom floor is almost completely separate; the spiral ladder is very small! Just one thing - we would have appreciated an area of proper shade around the pool area, we sometimes found it too hot to sit there for long and had to move to the other sitting area by the front door, which then separated the group. However thats just our preference. We would thoroughly recommend the villa.

Fabulous stay

We have stayed in this property before and the location is perfect. There is a bar and shop 5 minutes walk away. The marina which has lots of restaurants, bars, shop, bowling, go carts and arcades is a 10 minute walk. Old town is 15/20 minute walk which has lots of bars restaurants and shops. The property itself is beautiful and the boss cold not be more helpful. Sonja, Caitlin and Johnny work very hard to ensure you have everything you need and that the property is of high standard. Very clean and well kept. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a villa in this area. I would 100% stay again.

We had the most amazing 4 night stay here! Communication after booking was fantastic! Sonja was brilliant throughout and always on hand if we needed anything, which we didn’t because the villa was absolutely amazing!! Everything you could possibly need was at the villa, which was spotlessly clean when we arrived.Our transfers to and from Faro airport were organised by Sonja, Roger our driver was lovely and very punctual.We were able to get into the villa early which we were so grateful for.The standard of everything in the villa was very high and the location looking out towards the marina and the sea was beautiful!Air conditioning in every bedroom was wonderful!We can’t wait to come back!!!

Amazing stay in Albufeira!

My fiancé and I and our other friends stayed at this villa in Albufeira. The house was beautiful, everything was very clean inside even with the hosts allowing us to have early check-in. The villa was in the perfect location with a short walk down to the marina with lots of delicious restaurants and smaller grocery stores to get the necessities. It is also close to downtown Albufeira and the beach which was beautiful. The villa was also on a corner which was nice because it was quiet and not a lot of traffic/noise from other houses. The hosts were amazing, very responsive with anything that we needed as well as checking in on us throughout the week. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would love to go back in the future. Thank you guys for everything!

Fabulous weekend stay

Excellent weekend spent with a group of friends in a fabulous villa that catered for all our needs. Villa was spotlessly clean and an extra bonus was the bar/pool area where we spent most of our day. Contact with the owner before and during our stay was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her family. Transport was arranged through the villa and this service was first class also.
