With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a holiday destination offering 24/4 fun, sun, and entertainment. Inside, the property showcases traditional furnishing but benefits from a range of modern appliances and home comforts. In the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need including a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Through the patio doors you will find the pool terrace decorated with sun loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor patio furniture tucked underneath the shaded terrace. By the private swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing, playing table tennis, dining al fresco style, and cooking on the built-in barbeque.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 87cm wide. The path to the pool area is 120cm wide. The poolside terrace is flat and tiled with a small lawn area to the side of the property. There are 13 steps down to the drive/garage. On the ground floor, the twin bedroom and bathroom doors are 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen is also 69cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 130cm wide.
