Villa Vista Marina

Villa Vista Marina is the newest property of DreamPlaces - Holiday Rentals. With a privileged view of the Marina - and with the possibility of walking to the beach, there are several restaurants nearby and the city center as well. The barbecue area and pool area is great for relaxing and enjoying the view. You can park your car safely. This villa is fully fenced and private, great for keeping the kids under eye.



A nossa villa tem 3 quartos - um deles é suite - e existe uma beliche para quando vem 7 pessoas . A cozinha está totalmente equipada , tal como toda a casa. Existe internet e há ar condicionado em todas as rooms.

A zona da piscina é muito ampla, tal como a zona de barbecue . A vista desta zona é fantástica!



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.



DEPOSIT OF DAMAGE / INSURANCE

We require a security deposit on the day of check-in. The amount will be returned on the day of check-out, if there is no damage to the property. Guests must have insurance for when something happens. (100€ per person )

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY CAPACITY

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the advertisement Guests must inform us of the number of guests and their age.

CHECK IN / CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. If you arrive before 15:00, we offer the possibility, for your comfort, to leave your bags inside the property you rented until the property is ready. Before arriving at the accommodation.

Guests must leave the apartment by 10:00 am. If you have received a cash deposit, we will return it within one week after we have verified that there has been no damage to the accommodation.



CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive. When leaving, you must leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition.

Please respect the house. Be in moderation while you're here

All guests must respect the house rules and not break the law and/or endanger the health of others. Don't forget that you will be staying in residential buildings. Guests of Dream Places apartments should note that holding parties and/or listening to loud music may disturb neighbors. If neighbors complain to the police, guests may have to leave the apartment immediately, with loss of all amounts already paid for their stay in the apartment. Quiet hours are from 22:00. at 08:00 hours.

SMOKE

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

STOP! Please do not forget …

• Close windows and doors in every room in the house (eg bedrooms, etc);

• Do not leave trash in the accommodation;

• Do not leave food on the counters. Leave all used dishes clean;

• Pick up keys or leave them in the key box. Loss of payment for the key €300.00;

• when leaving, turn off the lights and air conditioning. Any additional wasted energy will be taxed.



SERVICES INCLUDED: cleaning on arrival and departure.

For stays longer than 7 nights, mid-stay cleaning with change of sheets and

towels.

EXTRA SERVICES ON CUSTOMER REQUEST:

 Daily Cleaning Service = 7.50 €/Day

 Daily cleaning service with change of towels or sheets = 10.50 €/Day

 Daily cleaning service with change of towels and sheets = 15 €/day



The villa is located on the slopes of Albufeira Marina, a prime area. The villa is on a hill which makes it close to the beach, which is on the other side of the hill! There are several quality restaurants nearby and also places to buy food!



We do not provide food spices or hygiene products.



Bus stop less than 250 meters away.

We have 24 hour private transfer service / extra price .

Taxi stop less than 600 meters away.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague
