The Space:

Located just a short stroll from Old Town’s quaint shops, galleries, and renowned restaurants, this adobe gem offers the perfect blend of cultural immersion and serene relaxation. Experience the magic of Albuquerque living in this unique and cozy home.



Guest Access:

The two bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat with warm, earthy tones and plenty of natural light. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed, combining vintage charm with functional updates. A grill and fire pit make it the perfect spot for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. The patio is fully equipped with seating and dining furniture, creating an inviting space to enjoy New Mexico’s stunning sunsets.



Other Things to Note:

Aside from the king bed in the bedroom, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 small single sleeper sofas in the small room. We listed this home as a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4, but please note that the bathroom is accessed through the small bedroom which is connected to the main bedroom. It can technically sleep 6, but we feel that 4 is more comfortable. Ideal for a couple that wants more space to spread out, watch tv in different rooms, or read privately in one room.

We had an amazing experience! The House was perfect, great location just a short walk to old town! It was inviting and clean, Jon was awesome from start to finish. The house had everything you would possibly need, they even put a few snacks, waters, coffee, etc. The Hot tub was so nice, it was clean and the yard area was beautiful with the lights. My only regret is we didn’t spend enough time at the house we stayed so busy with things to do around town. We’re hoping to return in a couple months and we plan to try to stay here again!

One more thing about the noise, which never stops. They actually supply earplugs in all the rooms, as well as whit noise machines. If it was not the middle of a terrible ice storm, we would have packed up and gone to another hotel.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was really delightful! Decor was very nicely done, the house was incredibly clean and comfortable! Wonderful fully equipped kitchen and the backyard sitting area was very pleasant. We didn’t hot tub while we were there but it looked inviting. Excellent location! This home was exactly what we needed for a 2 day vacation. The amenities are wonderful. The hot tub, grill, outside fire pit, and outside lights work perfectly and made for relaxing evenings. They have corn hole (bags) available also. Parking was perfect and the house was EXTREMELY warm and inviting. Anything we needed was already provided to make our stay hassle free. A beautiful park as well as Old downtown shopping stores and boutiques are in walking distance. The hosts were readily available if we had any questions and checked in to make sure we were doing ok. If you are on the fence about staying here, just do it. It is quite a gem. We will be coming back!
