**The Space**

The modern kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a handy coffee maker for your morning brew. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need, from cookware and dishes to a toaster and kettle.

Please note the property has a plunge pool and hot tub. The hot tub is open year-round. The pool (13.5x8.5 feet) is open from March 15 to October 15, weather permitting. The pool can be heated to 80-85°F, and the Hot Tub can be heated up to 102°F. A $100 Hot Tub heating fee covers both the hot tub and pool. For stays longer than 14 nights, there is a $100 per week fee for hot tub heating.

Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 30 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.
