The third bedroom also has a desk to work and office chair to work at and access to a washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, fresh press, tea kettle, and cooking ware. There is another workspace in the kitchen to work at. The living room has a smart tv with access to YouTube TV. The house has gigabit internet which is available over Wi-Fi or a wired Ethernet connection.

Close to major hospitals such as Presbyterian and UNM. 4.4 miles to Old Town and 10 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park.

The property requires stairs for entry and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
There is a doorbell camera at the front door. It is facing towards the street and does not have any visibility inside the home. There is also a camera mounted on the side of the house that is facing the driveway and street with no visibility inside the home. Both collect audio and video.
