The penthouse is the most exclusive apartment at Casa Timoteo, occupying the fourth floor of the beautiful modernist building dating from 1915. Its two spectacular private terraces stand out, with plants and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views of the mountains and the domes of Santa María Church. They are the perfect place to relax, sunbathe or share a drink at sunset.
With a surface area of 100 m², this apartment offers a spacious and bright environment designed for maximum comfort. It features two bedrooms: the main one with a 160 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second attic-style bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its own shower. There is also an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.
The living room and kitchen share an open-plan layout with a modern design and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer exceptional views of the surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, complete cookware, tableware and glassware. It also includes a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.
The penthouse features air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar (extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort.
Although the accommodation does not have a reception, a member of staff is always available 24/7 to assist you quickly and discreetly whenever needed.
