Guest House at Geneva Beach Resort - Views of Lake Geneva

Built in 2023, the Guest House at Geneva Beach Resort is a spacious, wheelchair accessible shouse-style cabin located across the parking lot from the resort on Lake Geneva.

The Guest House has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each room) and 2 spacious bathrooms. The first bathroom is wheelchair accessible, including a roll-in shower (shower wheelchair available on request) and accessible sink. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo and lots of storage space. A large kitchen is fully equipped to make your favorite meals.

Stocked with lots of board games, indoor shuffleboard table, and cozy seating for moving nights - you won't get bored at the Guest House!

Just two miles from Downtown Alexandria and close to several local event venues, this is a great location if you will be in town for a wedding, tournament, a trip to one of the local golf courses, or to simply experience the local shops, restaurants, breweries, lakes, and wineries. Or, just stay in to enjoy a few rounds on the shuffleboard table & included board games.

Pack your bikes and running shoes - when you stay at the Guest House, the Central Lakes Trail (and access to the popular DATA Snowmobile Trails) is just a few hundred feet from your cabin.

Fall/Spring: Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the beach, take a kayak around Lake Geneva or through the channel to Lake Victoria, and finish your evenings around a bonfire (one bundle of firewood/night is included with your stay). If you are hoping to take advantage of the fall/spring fishing, a dock slip & trailer parking are included with your booking Labor Day through Memorial Day while the docks are still in the water.

{**Outdoor resort amenities are weather-dependent and are available until put away for the winter. We try to keep our docks in the water as late in the fall (and put them in as early in the spring) as possible, however the dates these go in and out is dependent on the schedule of our dock installation crew. We cannot always guarantee when the docks will be in the water, but we always have trailer parking available and the access to Geneva is just two miles from the resort. So, if our docks are out, you will still be able to easily drop your boat in and out of the water.}

Winter: Access to the popular DATA Snowmobile Trail is just a few hundred feet from the cabin. Bring your ice skates and sleds and head to one of the popular local skating rinks or sledding hills. Enjoy a daytrip skiing and snowtubing at Andes Tower Hills, just 20 miles from the Guest House.

You will also have access to sand volleyball, basketball, beach, kayaks, and resort playgrounds when these amenities are still set up.

Summer: When you book a stay in the Guest House in June, July, or August you will enjoy full access to all of the amenities at Geneva Beach Resort. Summer amenities include our sandy beach and complimentary water toys (water trampoline, kayaks, paddle boards, and more). Summer resort guests also enjoy sand volleyball, disc golf, playground equipment, and time spent on the basketball court. Firewood is provided at 2 community firepits by the lake! If you plan to bring a boat, you can reserve a dock slip through the resort for a small added fee and enjoy access to the fish cleaning house. Geneva Beach Resort also offers fishing boat and pontoon rentals!

Gas grill and picnic table are provided outside of the cabin for your stay.

The Guest House at Geneva Beach Resort has 3 reserved parking spaces. The space in front of the property is designed for a Wheelchair Accessible Van and easy roll-in access to the cabin.

*This property has a shared wall with another unit and resort storage space. It has slightly obstructed views of Lake Geneva. Guests will need to cross a dead-end street or the resort parking lot to get to the lake and other resort amenities.

*Please note that the beach, docks, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, and game room are all resort property and therefore may be shared amenities during your stay.
