Villa Amenea is a charming and bright two-story villa built directly above the sea. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Amenea you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of Alghero Gulf. Villa Amenea is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the sea, private terraces, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Fertilia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Punta Negra beach) at roughly 750 meters (820 yards).
You will reach Villa Amenea from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Amenea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a sea cliff. You will reach it from the garden going down approximately 15 stairway steps.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 2.4 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool and is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a palm. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of Alghero Gulf. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio 1
The first patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the sea.
Patio 2
The second patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include three sofas and three armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a glass window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
