We were given information from Antonio all time before arriving, and when we arrived he had bought some ham, cheese, bread, bear etc. We were welcomed by Antonio and his friend (translator) and we were show around the BIG house. House is great with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Private pool with spa, outdoor cinema, indoor cinema, outdoor barbecue and and lot of other great things. The view is perfect and we enjoyed our stay all the way.

Pros: This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this villa. I stayed last year and it was perfect. This year however was even better. The owner has added a downstairs kitchen. a games room, more bedrooms and a fantastic cinema room. The views from the infinity pool are fantastic and I 100% recommend the area of Almunecar. I have 2 children and they has a great time also. The owner is a really nice guy too and his friend who translates for him. Thanks for another great stay.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful villa. All the rooms surpassed our expectations. We had a wonderful holiday celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with the family. Despite our very late arrival Antonio and Mr Domingo waited for us. There was a very welcome and generous food pack. The villa could not have been more perfect , we all had great fun in the pool in fact the whole outside space was a joy. Almunicar was abeautiful place to be and we enjoyed some lovely meals there, the restaurants still giving tapas . We would really like to come back sometime and have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Pros: This Villa is perfect, everything you need for a large Family holiday, the Owner Antonio and Domingo are so so helpful, and even when medical assistance was needed took the time to come to the Hospital, they were amazing and the Family were so impressed. We all would have no worries about booking this Villa again. Almunecar is a nice Town, and plenty to do, we walked down to the Town, and got a cab back (6 to 8 euros) there are plenty to do in Town and the Beach bar is a must if you would like to stay up all night and boogie, and lots of lovely restaurants. It is a very Spanish Town and the atmosphere is good and friendly. Thank you so much Antonio and Domingo.

Pros: Thank you to Antonio for a great week spent with family and friends celebrating my sons 21st birthday. The Villa was great and had everything we needed to relax, eat and enjoy the holiday as a family. The teenager loved the outdoor and indoor cinema and games room. The Views are beautiful from the pool and hot tub area. The photographs do not do the villa justice. The villa is at the top of a steep hill, some of the party were happy walking to the town, the beach and restaurants, est.15 mins walk, other chose taxis, which were reliable and easy to book around ā‚¬6. Will defiantly be coming back.

The villa is fantastic, and has something for everyone to relax and enjoy - from a super infinity pool & jacuzzi to an outdoor cinema. The kids and adults enjoyed the facilities so much that we spent more time in the villa than we usually would. Our favourite evenings were a BBQ, followed by a movie whilst having a few glasses of wine and star gazing! Pros: The villa met all expectations and was a perfect fit for our 6 adult, 7 children three family party. The inside and outside theaters, surround sound music by the pool and ability to grill out while the rest of the family enjoyed the pool/gameroom was exactly what we were looking for. The heated pool was another big benefit given the cooler weather we encountered in April. The views both during the day and night were spectacular. Town was within walking distance if you don't mind making it up and down the hillside. Parking at the villa was limited and the road leading to the villa was quite narrow but we managed to park three cars outside the villa without issue.

The property owner and his english speaking friend were very nice and easy to communicate with. There were lots of things waiting for us; nice wines and softdrinks, bread and some food in the fridge and snacks. We enjoyed of music by the pool and everywere we wanted in the house, and watched Formula1 on the big screen, and kids watched some movies! We got what we paid for!

Pros: We had such a wonderful holiday at this villa. Antonio and Paolo were so accommodating and very helpful and responded to our queries/questions very promptly. The villa was immaculate, clean and tidy, with everything you need for your stay. The kitchens were well equipped, and there were enough towels/beach towels for everyone. Lots of space to unwind, there were two BBQ areas, outside projector, and a fantastic swimming pool which the kids loved. The evenings were a bit chilly so the cinema room was brilliant when we all just wanted to chill out and relax. The location is great (although a car is recommended) as the property is in the hillside, but the views are amazing. We would definately recommend this villa, and most definitely would consider returning in the future.

On arrival we met Antonio and his English speaking friend,they were friendly and showed us how things worked and the layout. There was a welcome gift of food wine and beers,which was much appreciated. The facilities in the villa were perfect for all of us. The games room kept us all entertained,the pool was great for cooling off. We could not fault the villa or the owner,he even went out of his way to bring extra blankets when asked as it had become cool one night. The villa was a great venue for our party to have a great base for our holiday.

Pros: We had a great holiday in this wonderful villa. 13 of us enjoyed the pool, the indoor and outdoor cinemas, and had a bit of competition and exercise over the table tennis and pool tables. Antonio and Domingo were very helpful and we were especially grateful for the items of food and drink they left us, as we arrived on a Sunday when the supermarkets were shut! The sea is fair walk (about 20mins), not too bad going but coming back was challenging! But we did it a few times to look round the castle and eat churros! The nearest restaurant El Chaleco is worth a visit. We ate there twice and it was lovely. Walked there and back so that was some help with the calories! A lovely holiday, thank you Antonio.

Pros: Superb villa well kitted out, cinemas indoor and out fabulous and pool a lovely temperature. Quiet location with easy car drive to supermarket though Antonio had left a lot of provisions for us on arrival so it was not necessary to go out straight away. Had children with us aged 17, 13, 4 and 1 and there was plenty to keep them occupied. Lots of space for 2 families to spread out without being on top of each other. Only down side was the tiles were extremely slippery when you got out of the pool so extreme caution is recommended. We put towels down and mopped frequently!

Pros: The villa is amazing and the views spectacular. The villa was equipped to high standards and the entertainment systems were something else. The welcome pack was the best we have ever experienced and Antonio seems to have thought of everything. We were met by Antonio and his English speaking friend Domingo who was available for questions throughout our stay. The pool remained crystal clear and was very well maintained. We were in Almunecar for a wedding and had many visitors, all of whom were absolutely amazed by the villa. The walk to the town/sea front is about 20mins and the road is steep but we soon worked out to walk down and get a taxi back for around 6-8 euro. Hopefully we will be returning next year.

Pros: What a fantastic villa! With a family of 12 ages from 12 to 65 everybody had there own bedrooms and with two separate levels you could escape to the upstairs living room for a a moments peace! We was met by Antonio and Domingo who took us round the villa and explained how everything worked, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise and the house was clean and well equipped. We found a lovely little bar across the main road just past a grocery shop owned by Raymond and Maria who although spoke very little English were very friendly and looked after us for 10 days. All the restaurants were very reasonable and the food was very good but we also cooked in the villa and had a few BBQ's. I would like to thank Antonio and Domingo for there help and would definitely recommend for a family or friends holiday.

Pros: First two weeks in July we rented this beautiful villa - we were a large party of 6 Adults and nine mostly teenage children. The villa catered extremely well for this large group. The villa is very private and sports stunning views over Alumencar. The facilities in this villa - beautiful pool / games room / home cinema indoor and outdoor were well appreciated by the teenagers and kept them busy each day. The owner Antonio was very attentive and was very quick to respond to any issues or requests we had. From the villa it is a good walk down hill to Alumencar where there are good supermarkets and a variety of good restaurants. The walk home is all uphill so we took a number of taxis back - very cheap and saved the legs and moaning teenagers. I would recommend hiring a car but the only down side - parking is very limited around the villa. I would recommend this villa and would intend to return ourselves.

Pros: We have enjoyed a very nice stay at this lovely villa with spectacular views of Almunecar and the sea beyond. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children for which the spotlessly clean accommodation was more than adequate. The wonderful pool was crystal clear, well maintained and ideal for the children and all the family during the day and the games area with pool and table tennis was enjoyed and well used by all at all times. The cinema area was also well used by the children and their dads especially playing with PS3 on the big screen. Many thanks to the owner Antonio and his friend Mr. Domingo for their warm welcome and the food on arrival -bread, ham cheese eggs wine, water and even english t.bags -very thoughtful and much appreciated. Whilst we had a small problem with the hot water this was attended to immediately and when one of our party required medical attention this was promptly arranged by Mr. Domingo who also very kindly accompanied to the clinic - much appreciated. Overall excellent accommodation and equipment with space for all and nearby beaches best in the area.

Pros: A group of 13 of us stayed for a week in Antonio's amazing Villa, the pictures do not do it justice as it really is an incredible place to stay. We spend the majority of our time in the Villa, venturing into town/beach on a few occasions. There are so many things to do, with the music system, inside/outside cinema, table tennis, pool table, indoor gym that we were always entertained. The house is perfect, with everything you would need for your stay, and very clean. The days we did go into town/beach we decided to walk down, and most walked back although a steep hill, but with the views it offers understandable. I can highly recommend Almunecar as a place to stay it has everything you need and isn't too busy/touristy. Antonio/Pablo were great hosts, and were on the other end of a text message with help whenever we needed them, even when we decided to hire boats for a trip along the coast they offered help and advice. I cannot recommend this place enough, and we would love to come back again to stay. Thank you very much for a great holiday! Dave.
