The bedrooms include a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a double, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), and a bunk bed serviced by a bathroom, first-floor cloakroom and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a wrap-around garden with a lawn, patio, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Two well-behaved pets are allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.4 miles a shop, 0.3 miles a pub and 1.3 miles a river. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Sparrow House. Please note that the garden is not fully secure should you be wishing to bring pets on your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Abberley is a quaint, historic village resting between Stockton on Teme and Astley. The village is known for its Saxon roots and two spectacular churches, St Michael's Church dating back to the 12th-century and the picturesque St Mary's Church surrounded by peaceful countryside. There are a choice of attractions including Abberley Ridge for pleasant woodland walks with spectacular views, as well as Abberley Clock Tower. Dining options include The Manor Arms Pub, serving delicious meals with fabulous outdoor dining areas overlooking the rolling hills. Within easy reach of the village is the lively market town of Bewdley where you can find further attractions and amenities, such as the iconic Severn Valley Railway and West Midlands Safari Park or further on to Drakelow Tunnels and Harvington Hall with historic stories waiting to be discovered.
